Pings-wise, Greed is the very literal manifestation of raw avarice and also is made of... thousands of souls that are constantly suffering and screaming and crying in pain. Don't worry about it.

Because of this, and due to his homunculus nature, he's very much an artificial human and will ping somewhere between non-human/eldritch but also yes-human due to this being Ling's body. Feel free to have fun with it!
